About Us
Dr. Ken Gerdes Girls’ High School – Kitale started in February 2011 although the idea and the preparations started in 2010.
The compassion for the community and the heart to help and give hope to the girl child brought the dream to the founder Sr. Freda and Richard to start a boarding school for girls back in the year 2010.The school was named Dr. Ken Gerdes Girls’ High School – Kitale in honor of Dr. Ken who sponsored the construction of some buildings and needy students.
